Request to Delete Your Account and Associated Data

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, follow the steps below. This request will apply to the account associated with the app Nokanda.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. In the app go to settings.
2. Click the "Delete Account" button.
3. A window will pop up to confirm your request.

Data Deletion Information

When you request to delete your account, the following types of data will be deleted:

• Personal data (e.g., phone number, saved accounts, etc.)
• App usage history
• Preferences and settings
• Transaction and order history

However, some data may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes for a maximum retention period of 12 months. This includes:

• Payment information
• Audit logs
• Legal compliance records
